Your chakra affects your aura. When your aura is low then your vibes are low, and everything you experience in life is as well. The chakras also show you where in your life you need healing.

I have taken Reiki 1 and 2 and experienced its healing.

My Reiki experience was blissful, and I love the people who I experienced it with. The teacher did a session on us first before we did one ourselves.

We had to set an intention, and mine was to spread my love to the world. It’s been my goal my whole entire life. My love is powerful and unfortunately is very hard for me to show.

As I sat in her chair, she sent healing energy from my crown down. There was a moment she touched my lower back. This worm or even snake-like energy wiggled its way up my back, threw my throat, and out.

Now some of you might be thinking like that was just a burped. I didn’t make a sound, and it didn’t even feel like air. It felt like something was trying to wiggle its way out. So I opened my mouth, and the energy left.

Weirdest “burp” I’ve ever had.

I had my eyes closed for the reiki healing, and the thing that happened next was crazy. I saw an image of a dove. Not knowing what the dove symbolized at the time. I soon came to find out that it was telling me to express my love to the world in words or in deeds.

I was feeling aligned, and ready spread my love. 

With reiki, I know there was a fear that you would end up using your own energy to heal others. With my classes, I've learned you don't have to use your own energy.

You use the energy that the universe and mother earth gives us. You are the vessel that helps transfer that healing energy.

Reiki is healing people with your hands. You move universal energy through one's body to help them thrive.
