Who I am
I have felt the dread of un-alignment with the life I was living. I have felt the anxiety of wasted time or wasting time not doing things that fill my soul. I have felt the imprisonment of failure keeping me on a path I no longer wanted to walk. I have felt the weight of sadness or overwhelming feelings keeping me in bed. I still feel these things. I know now that they are not the enemy. They are a sign and a warning that the moves you are making are not what your being is desiring. The path of change is long and never-ending. Once you start you can see why it's always happening. I started with self-love as my first step on this journey, and even today I sometimes struggle with it. With this skill I've learned I still love myself even on the days I don't feel like it. I show myself understanding when I feel unworthy of the day. I learned to accept those days and do what My soul needs to do. I work every day on my skills that help others feel supported, validated, and understood. With my wellness coaching, I will work hard to make you feel safe and listened to. You are the master of your own life, you know what's best for you. I would like to celebrate all your wins that you may not see. Also, ask questions from a perspective that you may not have thought about. While offering tools you may not have known about. A person told me if you feel energized after doing it then it means it's meant for you. After every session, I'm filled with excitement for the next.
