 Life is about taking things day by day. That could mean checking everything off our to-do list or taking a recharging day in bed. Plants grow with no shame, but their environment can change the speed of progress. Like plants, we all need different environments to grow.  

With my wellness coaching, I would love to meet you right where you are. I want to help you grow at your own pace.  

There will be sessions where you are blossoming, and there will be ones where we are waiting for the rain. Either way, you are doing amazing.  

With Wellness coaching, we use the coaching code of ethics. It’s whatever the client needs at that moment in the session.  

I know my clients are whole and know what's best for themselves.  

I would love to hold a safe, compassionate non-judgmental space for you. A space where we find solutions that enhance your life and help achieve your dream goals. 

Volksende Bane Wellness Coaching gives people the space to learn and grow at their own pace. Encouraging, and validating while uplifting, and listening. My empathetic ears are active, and ready to make you feel heard. My curious questions are ready to pull out answers you have within yourself.

Lets Talk Pricing

Services don’t all have to be used at once we can spread them out however we’d like, with respect to scheduling. Teens and preteens get different pricing if curious email me with questions. There are payment plans.

Two 30-minute sessions or if our journey has come to the maintenance stage, and we just need accountability monthly it can be a 1hr session.

Two 1 hour sessions or four 30-minute sessions. This is if we need more time to process emotions, and events, or express ourselves. The four 30-minute sessions can be used for more help with accountability.

Three 1 hour sessions or six 30-minute sessions. This is just for more allotted time if we know that our goals need more sessions. example we have a family reunion in two months and want to get mentally prepared.

four 1 hour sessions or eight 30-minute sessions. Again for an extended goal like a marathon prep or we know we want a month of 1-hour sessions or two months of 30-minute sessions.

    Hello, my name is Sheri Proctor. I went to Hope Frye for coaching because I was mainly trying to help her get her coaching hours in for her classwork. I really didn’t feel like I needed a lot of help with anything as I had already dealt with my main health issues with my natural medicine practitioner through nutrition, stress relief and self care. But after just couple of sessions with Hope, I realized that I still had some residual issues that I am aware of, but still trying to deal with. With our coaching sessions I hit these goals:

    1. I had been allowing myself to become housebound after my retirement and needed to push myself to go out more, get more exercise, etc. I ended up seeking a gym to join and finding a workout coach to help me get started.

    2. I had been allowing myself to have negative self doubts and Hope helped to remind me to practice positive self talk. My thoughts on coaching before these sessions were that I believe it works, but that I had already dealt with my issues and didn’t really need any help. With this experience I believe coaching is always a good idea, no matter whether you feel OK or not, you can always receive positive outcomes from more coaching. I received these benefits from coaching:

    1) I realized I needed to get out of my comfort zone and make the effort to try new things and experiences.

    2) I have learned to talk positively to myself when I am feeling negative.

    I would recommend Hope Frye as a coach because she is an amazing listener and gives great insight into possible issues and has good ideas for things to try. My experience with her coaching was very positive. She quickly became comfortable with talking with me and was always prompt and caring with her time.

    My name is Shawn, I connected with Hope through a Facebook Group we both belong to called Holistic Lifestyle for Women. Hope posted that she was in school for integrative health and wellness coaching, and would like help toward acquiring the 50 hours of wellness coaching needed to graduate. As a former massage therapist, I remembered also needing help acquiring the requisite  number of practice massages in order to graduate, so I volunteered to receive five one hour coaching sessions with Hope. 

    I came to the process of integrative health and wellness coaching very open to learning how Hope approached the work. I was very pleased with Hope's thoughtful, and respectful style of asking questions, and her way of probing an issue to both  create clarity and to identify an action step I could take to address the challenge.

    I am pleased to say that I really liked my sessions, and I think Hope brings a wonderful personal style to her coaching. Hope is an excellent active listener, and she combines compassion with a clear ability to make practical suggestions that help with goal setting, such that I had a sense of having improved my situation in the five times we met.

With our coaching session, I hit these goals: exercising, journaling, finding uplifting new music, and learning to give myself some grace. My thoughts on coaching before these sessions were that I always thought coaching was beneficial. With this experience, I believe coaching is really really beneficial. I received these benefits from coaching the biggest ones are realizing that I don’t have to do everything at full speed, just a little is just as important and successful and that I need to give myself more grace.
